*Buyaga sits on the ground in the Eastern Plaguelands. His body tired from constant battle. His axe, covered in the sticky black blood of the Scourge. He has sustained a few injuries, nothing serious. His new tabard of the Tears of Draenor now stained with the blood of his enemies, and his own. As Buyaga bandages his wounds he begins to contemplate the actions of the previous evening*
"Yesterday was a day I will never forget. It started off with glorious battle. I earned some glory for my ancestors through that. Later, I attended the end of a sermon outside of Orgrimmar. The cultural differences between Azeroth and Draenor are many, but the need to spread wisdom and tell stories is the same."
"It was here I learned the remaining three oaths. After I learned them, I went to contimplate them before I would swear them that evening. I went and visited the monument to Grom Hellscream, to give my seasonal offerings, and to ask for guidance. A couple of the Tears were with me. I had the honor of telling the story of Grom, and his people. The young Tauren who was ignorant to Grom's sacrifice, is no longer ignorant. He gave a proper offering to Grom, in the ways of his own people."
"A few hours I contimplated the oaths. Four of them in all. Each one of them I swore upon my honor."
"The first oath is of Strength, sworn to the Horde. Something I know a lot about. But strength takes many forms, but this oath is not about physical strength. It is about the Horde. It is an oath to protect the lands, people, and cultures of the Horde so long as those people and cultures do not lead us down a dark path. Never again shall we walk the road of darkness. Honor will guide us, forever. A life of honor and glory, not conquest through bloodlust."
"The second oath is of Honor, sworn to the Tears of Draenor. This is an easy oath for me to swear, for honor guides me. It entails treating your fellow tears with honor, but allowing for competition and fiercness, for that is what keeps a clan strong. The oath also entails showing respect to worthy foes. A tennant I believe in. We are honorable, even to our enemies."
"The third oath is of Endurance, sworn to ourselves. We swear no never become mindless soldier who follow orders without question. That is not a Tear of Draenor. We swear to never forsake those qualities that made us Tears in the first place. For me, it is my honor. If I forsake my honor in place of my duty, I have forsaken myself, and the Tears."
"The fourth and final oath is of victory, sworn to survive. To never back down from a challenge, be it words or steel. See all your endeavors to the end, as long as hope for victory remains. We must be prepared for what is required of us. Defence is not always enough. We do what we must for our people."
*Buyaga finishes wrapping the bandages. He goes down to a river and cleans his blade, uttering a short prayer to the spirits, and his ancestors.*
"Great spirits, my honored ancestors, I have been accepted into the ranks of the Tears of Draenor. I hope this pleases you. I have also found one whom I will fight for. She is strong and honorable. She will see the strength of my arms and that of my heart."
"She, and the Tears of Draenor, have each given me my chance."
