I'm hearing voices again, when I am at rest for too long. When my mind is completely empty, in the short time after meditation, I can hear the hissing and the whispering.
I worry, when I step into other's minds that I am losing parts of myself. As if I am creating my own insanity.
I have heard of many mentalists who have done this unto themselves, and I must be wary.
Even as I look around my room, at my research of the Old Gods, and the journals I have kept of my work, I wonder if this is the case. The voices do not tell me to do anything, but nonetheless, they are still there. That is concern enough.
I can imagine that these are a strange mix betwixt the Lich King's dominant voice, and the whisperings of the monster a few archaeologists have come to learn as N'zoth. The latter's name I found while researching things for Valinthas.
I seriously worry about him; a man who wants to know the location of an Old God could only mean trouble. I stumbled across one location, that interests me. The Whispering Forest, I believe it is called. It is high in the Tirisfal mountains, and I must charter a flying mount to reach them.
The voices are back. I must meditate.
