Finally, after a few weeks, I have a moment to sit and jot something more personal down. The past few weeks, I've been working hard, trying to bring the Academy in the Court back up to par. I enjoy teaching, and it's been fun finding out things about different places.
Darkshire in Duskwood, was my home when I was little, so the first Field Trip I organized was to Duskwood. The group that showed up was I found personally surprising. I didn't expect so many to show up, but it pleased me greatly. I did a lot of work to find out what I did about the place I once called home.
There was some things I didn't even know about Duskwood. The Scythe of Elune and the history of it I didn't know. It was fun though last night. Tonight didn't disappoint either. The Lunar Festival was fun as well.
I helped Archmage Kelsus pass out fireworks, and made sure to greet everyone, or at least almost everyone. Their where some people I didn't get too sadly, but I did my best. It was cute watching Rei and Arc dance. I did at first feel a little hurt, but I didn't want rain on my freinds time.
I do hope everyone enjoyed themselves. The fireworks were beautiful, and I was able to share them with a nice gentleman. He asked me out for out Love is in the Air Dinner. I think it will be nice to share a meal with a handsome man.
Cimorena closes her book and smiles, leaning back in the chair. Enjoying the thoughts of the meetings and work, and a possible relationship pleased her, but she knew things could always change, so she thought more on what she could do for the Academy, pulling out a different book, she began to jot down more ideas.
