So I am wondering. If I opened a coffee and tea cafe in Darnasus, would you come?
The two key reasons for opening said shop are as follows:
1. My guild has 3 colors: white, gray, and black. The White side are shop owners, merchants, etc. Normal citizens in somewhat normal cities (minus the space goats, were wolves, little people, little fat people, big people, dead people........ Hell its not normal.). The reason for creating this shop would be a continuation of that goal: Setup a small place for my members to RP while creating more places for inter guild activity to function outside of the usual bar scene (No drunks!).
2. I want there to be options for people to meet up - places we can go instead of just the nearest bar. Maybe a guy can take a girl out on a date to a nice open place for coffee, or tea. etc. etc.
My question however remains. Is Darnasus too far out? and is the idea right? Is there a different location you would suggest that would be more centrally based that would allow for more reachable and yet maintain the RP potential?

Roleplay in faraway locations has been more successful than ever lately, due to revamped content and a handy guild perk called Have Group Will Travel. It has a 2-hour cooldown, but it summons all group members to the summoner's location. It's available to guildmembers of Level 21 guilds or above. The Mug and other events take advantage of this perk to a great degree.
As Kino said, advertising, bringing people out to the location and a little tenacity goes a long way. This list of available Have Group Will Travel members may help in making contacts and helping route people to your RP location.
