We have been living through these past years as a divided people. The Grand Alliance has been weakened and been brought to fight against each other when we should’ve been united to face the threat.
The Tides of Darkness are once again upon us and it brings destructive and savage war and conflict.
We once thought that peace was achieved after the Second War, but then the Reign of Chaos came and so began the Third War, and now we face not just a small war but a conflict that truly affected all of Azeroth, a conflict that has latterly shattered both Kalimdor and the Eastern Kingdoms and has forever destroyed all that we once knew.
What we once hold dear to us, has been taken and stripped away, that is peace.
Peace is now a distant memory for many of us; true peace cannot be achieved if we sit idly. Few of us now can remember a time of peace, a time of happiness and prosperity. The word “peace” grows ever more distant. But we can never give up hope, hope for a better tomorrow.
For us to live in a time of peace, for us to let our children and future generations taste and live in an era of safety and prosperity… has not reached us for nearly three decades.
War has taken its hold.
We have lost much, we have sacrificed much, we have lost loved ones, we have lost cities, and we have lost entire Kingdoms and Nations in the onslaughts of those who sought to destroy us in this era of darkness and chaos.
But we must remember, the countless the men and women who fought and gave their lives at Draenor, at Wrath Gate, at Undercity, at Gilneas, at Ashenvale, at the Barrens and all the battlegrounds and fronts that continue to this day.
We will always remember heroes like, Uther the Lightbringer, Bolvar Fordragon, John Hawthorne, Haldrissa Woodshaper, and all the brave soldiers who gave their lives so that we could fought another day and honor their ultimate sacrifice for the Alliance.
Never shall we allow their noble sacrifices to be in vain.
Never shall we back down and submit to the rule of Deathwing, the Twilight Hammer, and the Horde.
We shall never despair and abandon our allies and friends in faraway lands.
And never shall we surrender.
The Alliance Vanguard that once existed in place to unite the proud Guilds and Orders of the Alliance was greatly flawed and filled itself with elitism and self-righteousness of the few. We cannot be divided by ideologies and differing thoughts of battle-plans and politics.
But we have learned from the past mistakes. We have adapted in this conflict. We have prevailed.
We must turn the tide against the enemies of the Grand Alliance and create an era of true peace and everlasting prosperity.
We must unite! We must rebuild and re-organize the Alliance itself to forge a stronger blade. To reinforce the broken lines and rebuild our might and will on all fronts of the Alliance.
We must defy those who desire to break us and divide us in these dark times.
We must resolve this; we must form an effective council, to unite us in this time of darkness.
Under these dark times, we will light the road with Hope! We shall tame the beast of destruction and bring an era of true peace!
We will never surrender nor give in to the enemies of the Alliance!
For today, we form the Alliance Coalition Force or known as the A.C.F. We shall rally to the banner of the Conjurers Court and pave the way for Victory and Honor!
The road of the Defiance Campaign has begun and we need you! To join us in this great campaign to defy against the doom that has brought upon us, to defy against the dark road that has been laid upon our future!
To bring back Hope!
The future is at hand! And we shall stand united and no longer alone!
